The Sports Organiser contains four types of fixture generation and further tools to schedule and produce match numbers in a format that suits you. The fixtures generator options are on the main menu within the software under the 'Tools' option.
The system includes 4 types of fixture generator:
Scheduling:
Once you have used the systems fixture generator you can then use the built in tool to schedule your fixtures as required. It takes into account match length, time between matches and can be given a start time in order to schedule fixtures. If all you fixtures start at the same time over a number of weeks then the scheduler can deal with this for you. The times generated can be used in conjunction with the 'Report Code' system that enables you to search for fixtures and place the schedule details on your website.
Match Numbers:
Once you have generated and scheduled your fixtures the system can be used to issue each fixture a match number. These numbers can be prefixed as required and copied into the 'Report Code' system fields.

- Manually. This option allows you to create your fixtures manually or add extra fixtures as required to fixtures generated by the other methods available.
- Standard. This option creates a round robin or double round robin style set of fixtures.
- Pick from Hat. This option creates fixtures by using a random system.
- Formula Set 1. This fixture generator option creates fixtures giving teams maximum rest time between matches. This option can be used for groups of three to seven teams.
