Fee Detail Reports
The Sports Organiser includes a set of fee reports to help you keep on top of who owes you what match/tournament fees. You can add match fees due on the 'Admin' tab of the 'Match Details' screen or use the default field on the 'Group Default' screen to add a match fee when matches are generated.
If you charge a fee at the tournament level then this can be done by either setting a default entry fee on the 'Tournament Details' screen or on the 'Team Details' screen.
The system contains fields to enter the fees received and these are taken into account when running the reports to show how much is outstanding and by who.
The fee reports labelled '(played)' calculate the outstanding fees due for matches that have been flagged as played.
It is possible to see a report of fees due for a particular team by right clicking on the team icon required and selecting 'Team Fees' from the menu that pops up.
