Fixture Lists
The Sports Organiser has the facility to print lists of fixtures in various ways.
If you are viewing the main fixture display grid you can simply clisk the 'Print' option on the toolbar to print the list you are looking at. This list can be changed by right clicking on the grid and selecting either:
All Fixtures
If you are viewing the main fixture display grid you can simply clisk the 'Print' option on the toolbar to print the list you are looking at. This list can be changed by right clicking on the grid and selecting either:
- All
- All Matches
- Played Matches
- Unplayed Matches(All)
- Unplayed Matches(With Dates)
- All Unplayed Matches(Without Dates)
- Specials
This will enable you to print just the required matches quickly and easily.
Team Fixtures
If you want to print out a list of fixtures for an individual team then you can do this by right clicking on the required team icon and selecting 'Team Fixtures'.
All Matches Report
This report enables you to print a fixture list based on a selection criteria linked to the 'Report Code' system built into the program.
Example of use:
If you have added the names of the match referees into a report code field you can enter the referee name into the selection field and the system wll print all fixtures linked to that referee. This list can then be gioven to the referee so he/she knows what fixtures they need to attend.
